Delivery Details

We can ship to virtually anywhere in the world. We offer 3 different types of shipping methods to the UK and a single reliable method of delivery to other countries.

UK Delivery Methods

• Free Standard Delivery, orders using this option will be sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Normally delivered within 1-3 working days. Processing time for orders using this method is 2 working days. (Please refer to diagram below)
  

• Free 48 Hours Delivery (for extra large stickers), orders using this option will be sent using a 48 Hours Courier Service. Processing time for orders using this method is 3 working days. (Please refer to diagram below)
  

• Premium Next Day Delivery, if your order is urgent you can use our Premium Next Day delivery method. This option costs £6.50. Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are not dispatched on weekends and bank holidays. Please note this method of shipping is not available for extra large wall stickers.

International Delivery Methods

• All deliveries outside of the UK will be shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For. This type of delivery will require signature upon arrival of the parcel. Processing time for orders using this method is 2 working days. (Please refer to diagram below)
  
• European orders £20.00 or under will cost £6.00, orders over £20.00 will cost £8.00. Delivery time is normally 3-7 working days
  
• Rest of the world orders will cost £10.00, normally delivered within 5-12 working days
  

Order Tracking

• Orders sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded, 48 Hours and Next Day Courier Service can be tracked. To track your order please call 01895 263819 or email support@stickerswall.com with your name and order number and we will track it for you.

Lost or Delayed?

• The majority of our orders do arrive within the specified time frame, however in a very small number of cases they might be lost or delay in the postal system. In such circumstances we would ask that you wait upto 14 days before we can re-send your order.

Stock Availability

• All delivery times quoted are subject to availability. In some occasions we might experience colour shortages that are beyond our control. In these cases you will be contacted immediately by one of of customer service team to inform you of the estimated delivery time.

Returns

We offer a piece of mind shopping experience. If you are unhappy with your product for whatever reason. You can simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. Please contact us first before returning. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A full refund of the item value will be issued upon satisfactory inspection of the return item.  Please note that this does not apply for bespoke made orders, as these items are specially made.
